We are delighted to share the fantastic opportunity we’ve had to collaborate with LLSE and the Alliance of Leading Learning (ALL). Working together through the #npqlt programme has ensured equal development opportunities for all our staff. This collaboration, involving over 100 participants, has been incredibly rewarding and has significantly strengthened collaborative learning across our trust.

Empower Trust offers a range of CPD provision, delivered by expert practitioners including:
School level
- Bespoke professional development identified through school self-evaluation and Trust monitoring undertaken by Specialist Leaders in Education or externally validated organisations;
- Coaching, lesson study, mentoring;
- Adviser support through a Trust school improvement offer
- Initial Teacher Training courses and placements in primary education (Shropshire Primary Partnership);
- Facilitation of Early Careers Framework and national professional qualifications (currently free) through our partnership with Shropshire and Telford Education Partnership (STEP) teaching hub.
Trust level

Empower Trust, through our management of Shropshire Primary Partnership (formerly the North Shropshire Teaching School Alliance), is one of the founding members of the Shropshire & Telford Education Partnership (STEP) teaching hub , working in collaboration to design, develop and deliver ITT, the Early Careers Framework, National Professional Qualifications and professional development for the educational workforce across Shropshire.
