Founded on a shared vision and a commitment to putting children and staff first, Empower Multi Academy Trust was established on 1 June 2018 by six Shropshire schools united by common values and a belief in the power of collaboration. Just three months later, a seventh school joined our family, laying the foundations for the thriving Trust we are today.
From the very beginning, our ambition has been clear: to shape a stronger future for education in our communities by working together. We believe that when schools collaborate, share expertise and support one another, they can achieve far more for their children than they ever could alone.
In an increasingly challenging educational landscape, where budgets are stretched, expectations continue to rise, and access to affordable school improvement support is reducing, partnership has never been more important. Empower Multi Academy Trust brings together a family of unique church and community schools across Shropshire, united by a shared commitment to providing the very best education for every child.

We celebrate the distinctive ethos, traditions and strengths that make each school special, working closely with Local Governing Bodies to ensure schools retain their unique identity and deep connections within their communities.
